Livelyhood is all about creating a healthy, active and happy lifestyle for kids. We’ve had the opportunity to film several of their dance concerts and events throughout the years and it’s our pleasure to edit a trailer for them to use as part of their company portfolio.

The cuteness of the kid’s dancing is so adorable that you can’t not watch them without smiling.

We were invited by Nat and Arthur to Adelaide to tell their wedding story. It was our very first time in South Australia, famous for its wineries and vineyards and of course Adelaide, the home of Penfolds.

We were extremely excited to meet the bride and groom to-be in person. Arthur was a huge fan of Star Wars and both loved Japanese anime. Needless to say, we hit it off immediately, gushing about our favorite characters and movie scenes. What was supposed to be a short catch up turned into a couple of hours of holding our own little comic con at the café. And yes, we were there until the café closed up in the late afternoon!

Their wedding was an intimate affair, with close friends and family flying in from Indonesia, Philippines and every corner of Australia. A traditional Asian tea ceremony was performed in the morning followed by a church ceremony at the majestic St. Francis Xavier Cathedral in downtown Adelaide. Natalia was super hyper from the get go, despite the early morning. Arthur on the other hand, was visibly nervous but very eager to see his bride.

One of the many highlights of the day was Natalia’s wedding dress which was custom made in Indonesia. What made this wedding dress so special was that it was covered from top to bottom with pearls and sequins. It was incredibly beautiful and we cannot help but be awed by the intricate needlework. Equally awe-inspiring was the fact that the wedding dress weighed no less than five kilograms and Natalia pulled it off like a seasoned runway model.

The wedding reception was held at the Hilton, Adelaide where Arthur surprised and wowed everybody present with a magic show. We’ve seen magicians at weddings before but they were never the grooms themselves performing; so it was a genuine treat for everyone. Natalia couldn’t stop cracking up at her husband’s antics and suave moves on stage.

Elements of the bride and groom’s love for anime were incorporated into the wedding. For instance, their wedding cake was decorated with anime figurines and the night ended with a toy throw instead of a bouquet throw where everybody was invited to participate; the children were especially thrilled.

We enjoyed every moment of the wedding and so thankful that Natalia and Arthur invited us to share their wedding with us. It was a perfect sunny Sydney day for childhood sweethearts of 9 years, Luke & Kathy to be wed. Kathy and her bridesmaids got ready at Swisshotel Sydney. The bridesmaids wore lavender coloured dresses designed by one of Kathy’s very talented bridesmaids. The bride herself, donned on an elegant wedding dress which was held up by a hanger that proudly proclaimed, “Luke’s Girl” How romantic!

The ceremony was held at Wendy’s Secret Garden at Lavender Bay. The garden is a hidden oasis tucked right under the Harbour Bridge. The lush greenery in the garden created a beautiful backdrop as Kathy walked down the aisle towards her man. Tears swelled up in Luke’s eyes as he watched his childhood sweetheart in her wedding dress. The couple said their personal vows that touched the hearts of all who attended the wedding ceremony.

The wedding reception was held at the very gorgeous Tea Room in the Queen Victoria Building. Guests were serenaded with live jazz music and the night was filled with heart-warming speeches from family and friends. Our inspiration for the trailer came from the groom’s speech, in which Luke so perfectly described how they first met and his feelings for her. As the groom himself so rightly put it, “I am not marrying the woman that I am going to live with, I am marrying the woman that I can’t live without.”

Well, we’re now proud to present to you their wedding video trailer.
Natalie and Simon met each other during a team lunch at their workplace. At first, Natalie didn’t really pay attention to Simon but at the end of the day, they couldn’t stop talking with each other. Their love blossomed and Simon proposed to Natalie during an oversea’s trip on a beach.

On the day of their wedding, Natalie prepared at her home. While she was having her makeup and hair done, her best friends were watching must see pre wedding movies, Bridesmaids and Wedding Crashers. Natalie’s proud mother was taking photos throughout the morning and her father relaxed, knowing that everything will go smoothly.
Simon’s family and groomsmen flew in from the UK to be part of his big day and they prepared at the Shang Ri La Hotel, right on Sydney’s harbour. His boy’s were hilarious, joking around with beer in hand and making fun of Simon’s undies!

Natalie and Simon held their civil ceremony and reception at the scenic Sergeant’s Mess at Chowder’s Bay that overlooks Port Jackson and Sydney city. The night was filled with heartfelt speeches, especially from Simon’s dad, whom unfortunately lost his voice due to the travel from the UK. However, his emotions and happiness for Simon and Natalie spoke more than words.

The love story continues from Lan & Tommy’s pre-wedding video! If you’ve not experienced it yet, you can watch it here.

Lan’s declaration of her love of rainy days during the shooting of their pre-wedding video was once again ever present on their wedding day. The rain never did cease that day, cloudy skies loomed over Sydney all day long. It was a blessing in disguise really, as the clouds shield us from the harsh mid-day sun and allowed us to capture gorgeous shots of Lan & Tommy for their wedding video.

The morning began with us arriving in Lan’s home to a bedroom that’s beautifully decorated. The centre piece was a shelf, a shrine to their love really, filled with memorabilia from the couple’s time together and a wonderful framed cartoon caricature of Lan and Tommy. Just 3 minutes drive around the corner and we’re in Tommy’s home where a banner on the patio proudly proclaimed whose special day it was.

As Lan and Tommy prepared for the big wedding day, their bridesmaids and groomsmen delivered their love letters and presents to them. As they read their letters and opened the presents, they could not contain their joy and happiness.

Tears did not come until later when Tommy saw Lan walk down the aisle at their church, Our Lady of Mt Carmel where they proudly said “I Do” to each other.

The night ended spectacularly at their wedding reception in Villa Capri in western Sydney with a flash mob that included dancers dressed up as guests and waiters. Later on in the performance, the dancers got the bridal party to join in. Knowing this in advance, we knew we had to incorporate this surprise into their Same Day Edit wedding video.

This is a true love story a decade in the making.

Lan and Tommy wanted a pre-wedding video that reflected who they are and the loving relationship they have for one another. They wanted a pre-wedding video that documents the most memorable moments in their decade together. In retrospect, it must have been a momentous task for the both of them, as Tommy is an absolute romantic and very imaginative when it comes to springing romantic surprises that moves Lan to tears! We got the pleasure to witness this first hand during the filming process. The tears that you see on their pre-wedding video are all very real indeed.

We imagined a beautiful sunset scene for Tommy and Lan’s proposal in the pre-wedding video. Nevertheless, the December weather in Sydney did not cooperate with us at all. We had to reschedule at least 3 times before finally we gave up and made a call to shoot in the rain. Thankfully, it was only mild showers throughout the day of filming. That and we had an incredibly lovely and easy-going couple to film. In fact we vividly remember when Lan nonchalantly looked up at the rainy sky and remarked, “I love it when it rains.” When world gives you lemons, you make lemonade!

Alas it was time to do the proposal scene; we headed to a gloomy Mrs Macquarie’s Chair. About 20 minutes into the shoot, the sky cleared up. Gone were the rain clouds and we witnessed the most beautiful sunset we’ve ever seen in Sydney. The sky was vividly coloured pink and orange with the gorgeous sun setting behind the Sydney skyline. It was magical!

Lan is an absolute sweetheart, in the truest sense of the word. She is kind, caring, loving and soft-spoken. And Tommy is an absolute teddy bear. He takes great care of those around him and cracks the funniest jokes! They compliment one another very well and we feel so privileged to be able to tell their heart-warming love story.

Capturing Fi and Johny’s wedding was like a big reunion as this is not the first time that we’ve filmed the lovely couple and it’s great to have showcased their love for each other on the night of their wedding with a same day edit wedding video.

A few years ago we had the pleasure of filming them when they were part of the bridal party of Anna and Tony. While we were finishing up with Anna and Tony’s wedding, Fi and Johny came up to us and told us that they loved the same day edit wedding video we produced and that they’re engaged and hope to speak to us soon about their own wedding.

Fast forward to 2013 and Fi and Johny are now Mr and Mrs and have asked us to produced a Same Day Edit wedding video for them.

It was a perfect day in Sydney for a wedding, the morning began with Fi getting ready at her family home by her make up artist cousin, Hilary Ho while her bridesmaids got the place ready for the boy’s arrival which involved a special tube of toothpaste.

When Johny, his groomsmen and family arrived at Fi’s home, they were greeted by grinning bridesmaids asking him how badly he wanted to see his bride and how much he would go through to see her. The boys had to brush their teeth with wasabi, pass seaweed with their lips only and finally, sing a love song loud enough that Fi can hear it in her room.

Once Johny passed, a nervous and excited Fi finally got to meet her husband to be and everyone else at their traditional Vietnamese tea ceremonies. Fi and Johny held their church ceremony at St Brigid’s Church in Marrickville and their reception at Crystal Palace in Canley Heights where they performed an amazing salsa dance for their family and guests.

We had so much fun producing Fi and Johny’s Same Day Edit SDE wedding video and we hope that you’ll enjoy it also.

The morning of their wedding began with Sevil preparing at her parents place and Hus at his. During their preparations, they both received gifts and handmade presents from each other that chronicled the journey that they’ve been on so far. As Sevil looked through the photos and read the letters that Hus wrote to her, she began to tear up much to her makeup artist’s dismay. Hus, excited with Sevil’s gifts, chose to open and read them in front of his family and friends, showing each of the items in Sevil’s Marriage Survival Kit.

Sevil and Hus got married in a Turkish civil ceremony under the trees at Auburn Botanic Gardens on a bright sunny day. When their priest passed them their marriage certificate, Sevil in excitement shouted, “Mine!” to celebrate that they are now husband and wife.

In the afternoon, Sevil and Hus organised a yacht through Sydney Harbour to take their bridal party and close friends to their reception, Le Montage. As they enjoyed the scenery from the yacht, the bridal party sung and danced along the way.

The night ended with a dance performance from the bridal party (they do love their dance afterall) and a surprise fireworks display that Sevil’s parents gave as a gift to the couple.

Trinh and Dan met each other during their travel overseas. They were on a tour and discovered they were both from Sydney and the rest of the story? Well, you can imagine that it’s full of love, romance and adventures that have brought them together on their wedding day.

On the day of their wedding, there was not a cloud in the sky and Sydney was experiencing one of it’s hottest weekends ever. The temperature soared up to 45c at one point but the smiles on Trinh and Dan’s face were bigger than ever.

Trinh got ready at her parent’s home, where she and her bridesmaids joked around and planned the door games for the boys. Trinh’s mum joined in the bridal prep and took us down memory lane when she showed us her Wedding photo of when she was nineteen years old.

Dan prepared at his home with his groomsmen and his gorgeous dogs that barked at us at first but soon got accustomed to us and came in for pats and scratches. As Dan got dressed, he explained that since most of his friends are from outside of Sydney, they had a dinner out the night before to celebrate his Wedding, sort of like a bucks night. Good thing they didn’t party too hard or else it would be the Hang Over 3!

Trinh and Dan got married with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony at Trinh’s home then later a civil ceremony at Bicentennial Park under the sun. It was such a hot day that even Marriage Celebrant, Robyn Pattison’s iPad shutdown due to the heat. Luckily, she has a backup binded notepad that she was able to continue marrying Trinh and Dan from.

After the ceremony, Trinh and Dan and their bridal party cooled down in the shade. While escaping the sun, they saw kids play in the water fountains and they too decided to have a go as well!

The day’s celebration ended at Bar Luck Restaurant, where a live band kept everyone entertained and a photobooth for guests to keep a memory of the day.

They not only have a big heart for each other but also for others as well as they’ve chosen to donate gifts from their Wedding to children in Cambodia.

In the morning, Debbie and Han both got ready at their parent’s homes. Debbie had her bridesmaids help her easily get into her wedding dress while Han had some trouble with his hair which resulted in his groomsmen giving him a full styling.

Debbie and Han chose to give each other Wedding gifts to celebrate their special day of becoming a family. To Han’s surprise, both of them chose to give each other gadgets. Though, it seems to Debbie that the presents will be more for the enjoyment of Han.

They held their ceremony at Hillsong Chapel in Norwest and their lunchtime reception at Oliveto Restaurant where they had an intimate celebration with their family, friends and some very cute babies.
